Well, I am currently trying to decide what kind of cake I am going to make for Freya's first birthday -- yeah it is still two months away, who cares? The one pictured is one I made on a whim last night. I was curious to see if cream cheese frosting could be used for decorating. It was a little shakey for a while, but I thought it turned out okay. Just so everyone knows, homemade cream cheese frosting makes a cake amazing. It's pretty easy too...
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of milk
1 bag of powdered sugar

ReplyDeletehaha! nope i have issues making decisions...and yes, i do make cakes at random. however, i think i will wait for her birthday before i do that again. it was a lot of work. :)
